Today, many buyers prefer to handle much of the home search and buying process themselves in exchange for receiving the highest possible rebate at closing. Our New Home Rebate Program was designed to meet that demand.

There are no catches, contracts, or obligations to participate. The program is completely free. To qualify, buyers simply need to register at the builder’s sales office and identify Sun Atlantic Group as their participating broker/Realtor at the time of registration.

To make the process simple, we provide a rebate confirmation letter for the builder’s title agent, along with clear guidance throughout the transaction.
